Job Purpose Summary
• Manage all workshop functions
• Organize and set up preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all company assets including container handling equipment, heavy and light duty trucks, yards, reefer, admin buildings, non-mobile equipment etc
• Keeping real time accurate data of assets condition to facilitate data driven decision making
• Optimize process and equipment maintenance procedures to minimize down time
• Lead and inspire technical team, coach and mentor staff, including development of appropriate training programs
• Manage and prepare daily, weekly, monthly to annual asset reports.
• Prepare and oversee annual maintenance budget
• Advise the company on cost cutting engineering solutions
• Lead the technical team to ensure global maintenance minimum requirement is met at all time
• Prepare technical specifications for company`s assets
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for the team and assets.
• Tire management solutions
• Equipment performance monitoring
• Providing technical information to senior staff where necessary
• Ensure the technical team adheres to OSHA, HSSE requirements
• Carrying out Pr-Commissioning, Installation and Test procedures for all assets of the company

Skills and Abilities
• Candidate should be computer literate
• 3-5 years experience in maintenance of container handling machines, Forklift &Trucks
• Flexible to work at any time

• Proper processing and exploring data and reports to extract meaningful insights for planning and execution.
