Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management, managing multi-group disciplinary construction projects.
Experience constructing technical facilities.
Experience with mission critical facility electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience managing mission critical, multi-group disciplinary construction projects.
Experience managing and executing projects in a program role supporting back office operations, including experience working across various stakeholders and teams.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing concepts in relation to mission critical construction.
Excellent requirement gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and goal attainment skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$158,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Manage multiple data center projects from inception through to completion including all aspects of the program, concept and design development, schedule and budget management.
Gather internal requirements and deliver solutions that satisfy customers' needs while maintaining end-to-end responsibility from construction to deployment.
Resolve highly critical issues within the matrix organization while maintaining strict adherence to project timelines and costs and engaging with customers, cross-functional partners, and other internal organizations.
Drive consensus and compromise when needed, and communicate project information and updates to Googles and leadership appropriately.
Work independently on difficult construction challenges requiring in-depth analysis and evaluation of business situations.
