Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely departure of import/export cargo by maintaining store door import/export requirements in line with service delivery expectations.

Report daily store door movements, service failures, and other challenges to your supervisor.

Improve inland operations processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Monitor and resolve issues related to idle container movement.

Track and report potential demurrage situations.

Coordinate with truckers, line operators, and terminal operations to ensure smooth container movement as planned.

Maintain data integrity by accurately updating all relevant systems.

Implement methods and measures to reduce intermodal, positioning, and storage costs.

Recover equipment, maintenance and repair costs.

Who we are looking for:
3 to 4 years of experience in the inland/trucking sector of the shipping industry.

Ability to independently organize and structure daily work, managing workload efficiently.

Strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills for time-critical tasks.

Capability to work effectively under pressure.

High degree of empathy, assertiveness and confidence.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
