APM Terminals plays an important role in enabling the global Maersk Ocean and Logistics network as well as serving other Shipping Lines, Beneficial Cargo Owners, Freight Forwarders, intermodal logistics providers and integrating with a wide variety of local port authorities, customs and government bodies across our global network of transshipment, import and export gateway terminals.
In support of the broader Maersk strategy, we are accelerating the transformation of our business from a portfolio of independently operated terminals into a safer, better, bigger global terminals operator

Key responsibilities:
Has responsibility for operational procurement of parts and services for a group of operational assets.
Has accountability for service level and operational stability from a supply chain standpoint for a group of operational assets.
Has accountability for supervision, training, and performance of a team of professionals.
Applies advanced knowledge in procurement systems.
Has responsibility for advanced relationship management and problem solving with critical vendors and suppliers including tenders.
Forwards spares and other commodities for all types of forwarding modes
and urgencies.
Performs Stakeholder management with technical organizations
Builds a performant team

We are looking for
Master’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team
Drive, ability to self-start as well as manage and motivate others.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – essential for collaborating with colleagues and customers.
Fluent communication in English and Spanish is a plus
