Maersk is looking to hire a Collector to join our team in Abidjan.

Key responsibilities
• Ensuring proper handling of dunning procedures (send out dunning letters and follow-up through phone calls)
• Ensuring customers are contacted/visited on regular basis
• Following-up of all noncredit customers when outstanding occur and address rout courses
• Ensuring that credit policy is strictly followed for all customers
• Ensuring FRC SOPs are followed in all departments
• Meeting all targets and deadlines
• Unapplied follow up for assigned customers.
• Ensuring that disputed invoices are followed up and taken off dispute within 7 days except when under litigation and abandoned cargo
• Coordinating with Freight Cashier on payment update
• coordinating new tasks and actions with Cluster Collections Lead
• Reporting recurrent errors to Process excellence
• Coordinate with GSC for daily bank reconciliation
• Other tasks may be assigned as deemed relevant.

We are looking for
• Bachelor Degree
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable Experience
• Fluent in French and Intermediate level of English
• Effective communication and strong Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work under pressure
