Working as a Product Owner
Within Global Operations, the IT Operations department – Infrastructure and Share Services - ensures that the SOC, CyberSOC and Global CERT teams have the best IT services in all our geographies.

IT Operations systems such as Ticketing, Monitoring, customer portals, automation tools (XSOAR), Devops tools, CI/CD chains and hybrid-cloud infrastructures are essential to achieve our ambitions.

As Product Owner for the overall department, you will manage the backlog of ISS, impacting the work of around 80 people, in close relationship with operational entities and technical teams.

Key responsibilities:

Qualifying and managing the requests of work for the whole entity

work with requesters (Operations, Project managers, Security…) to qualify requirements and business or operational objectives.
work with the technical teams to provide visibility about feasibility, impacts (time, effort, cost…) and timeframe.
Managing ISS backlog

Finalize global backlog setup (tools, processes)
Maintain the backlog, making sure it is up to date and accurate.
Managing the prioritization process

Organize right level meetings with requesters and management.
Propose roadmap or scenarios of implementation.
Provide full visibility about impacts for decision making.
Ensure the communication to shareholders about changes, difficulties and propose actions plans.
What we expect of you
You are familiar with project methodologies (Agile, Lean, etc.).
You have a strong experience with Jira
You like working with people with different roles (IT, operations, sales and marketing) and are able to understanding their constraints and priorities.
You demonstrate leadership and communication skills, particularly in a cross-functional positioning, and you know how to lead complex negotiations.
You are solution-oriented, with a “we can” mindset.
You enjoy working in multicultural and international environments.
