Lead 2 to 5 project managers research activity with specific attention to onboarding of new comers
Structure and enforce budget for the theme
Main point of contact for EV related topics with business entities and OneTech customer lines
Contribute to, and ensure the development of OneTech integrated roadmap reagarding EV charging with specific focus on grid interactions and flexibility schemes.
Ensure scientific challenges, impact and competitive advantage for the Company are defined and clear for each project


Technical practice

Scouting : Know the "state of the art" of the respective projects
Ecosystem : Challenge existing partnerships and continuously seek for new opportunities to partner with academics, industries and start-ups in EU,Asia, USA

Contexte et environnement
Join us to work on next generation energy systems and decarbonation solutions!

The program delivers models and optimization solutions targeting electricity markets and flexibility management for demand side electrical assets like electric vehicles and smart buildings with solar and batteries. Increased EV usage can lead to reduced carbon emissions and synergies with renewable energy generation. However, the surge in demand for electricity to charge these vehicles could strain existing electrical grids. As EV Charging R&D Theme Leader, you will design new charging solutions that enable large scale deployment of EVs while maintaining electrical grid stability. In collaboration with business entities you will validate business value for the company and prepare scale up of these experiments with the help of other OneTech entities.
