O Programa Alimentar Mundial das Nações Unidas (PAM) é o Prémio Nobel da Paz de 2020. Somos a maior organização humanitária do mundo, salvando vidas em situações de emergência e usando a ajuda alimentar para construir um caminho para a paz, estabilidade e prosperidade das pessoas que recuperam de conflitos, catástrofes e do impacto das alterações climáticas.

O PAM NA GUINE-BISSAU:

O Programa Alimentar Mundial (PAM) realiza uma variedade de trabalhos na Guiné-Bissau, incluindo apoio à saúde e nutrição, alimentação escolar e desenvolvimento rural. Prestamos também assistência técnica ao Governo para ajudar o país a reduzir a subnutrição, aumentar o acesso à educação e melhorar o controlo da segurança alimentar.

OBJETIVO DO PROGRAMA DE ESTÁGIO

O objetivo do programa de estágio feminino é aumentar a igualdade entre homens e mulheres no mercado de trabalho, para responder à grande disparidade de género na organização em geral e à elevada taxa de desemprego no país, especialmente entre as jovens recém-licenciadas. Além disso, o programa de estágios permitirá ao PAM formar futuros talentos qualificados em áreas relevantes, em linha com os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável nr 5 e 8 das Nações Unidas: Igualdade de Género e Trabalho Digno e Crescimento Económico.

Com esta oportunidade, os estudantes ou recém-licenciados poderão desenvolver competências e receber orientação que lhes dará uma vantagem competitiva para futuras oportunidades de emprego, crescimento e apoio no sector humanitário.

OBJETIVO DO TRABALHO

A maior força do PAM é o seu pessoal dedicado, que trabalha incansavelmente em todo o mundo para reduzir a fome, muitas vezes em condições difíceis, onde as ameaças à segurança e os riscos para a segurança pessoal são consideráveis. A organização está empenhada em transformar a sua função de RH num parceiro

estratégico. Para tal, o PAM procura uma estagiária de RH para se envolver e contribuir para os projetos de RH e estabelecer efetivamente o PAM como a principal organização humanitária que luta contra a fome em todo o mundo e desencadear ações para a Fome Zero.

SUPERVISÃO

A estagiária de Recursos Humanos será supervisionada pela Human Resources Associate do PAM, sob a orientação geral do Representante e Director do PAM Guiné-Bissau.

DESCRIÇÃO PORMENORIZADA DO(S) PROJETO(S) DE ESTÁGIO/TAREFAS A REALIZAR

Prestar assistência administrativa aos parceiros comerciais de RH.

Apoiar a organização das atividades do pessoal.

Apoiar os processos de aquisição de talentos e de integração.

Apoio ao desenvolvimento de talentos.

Apoio à gestão do desempenho e ao desenvolvimento de talentos.

Aprendizagem e formação.

Desenvolver projetos de employer-branding.

Quaisquer outras tarefas necessárias para apoiar as operações de RH ou o escritório no geral.

QUALIFICAÇÕES E EXPERIÊNCIA NECESSÁRIAS:

Educação:

No momento da candidatura, os candidatos devem estar a frequentar o último ano de uma licenciatura, estar inscritos num mestrado ou ter concluído os estudos nos últimos 12 meses, em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou áreas afins.

Línguas:

Fluência (nível C) em português (idioma do país de trabalho)

Nível intermediário (nível B) de francês ou inglês é uma vantagem

O conhecimento das línguas locais é uma vantagem

Experiência:

Não é exigida qualquer experiência prévia

Conhecimentos gerais e competências:

Boas capacidades de comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar em equipa

Excelente capacidade de organizacao e de trabalhar sob pressão

Capacidade de resolução de problemas

Conhecimento das práticas de RH

Competências analíticas

Ter um bom conhecimento dos instrumentos informáticos e, em particular, dos programas seguintes: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SPSS, na perspetiva de recolha, gestão e divulgação de informações

Adaptação a um ambiente internacional, multicultural e multilingue

Capacidade de trabalhar sob supervisão mínima.
