Account Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to strengthen our internal finance team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our FP&A Manager, gaining valuable support and guidance. You’ll be working for one of the entities our internal finance team oversees: Orange Business Digital Belgium, Enovalife Entities (BE, FR), and Orange Buisness Digital Luxembourg S.A. playing a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting business operations.



What You’ll Do:
All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with

Preparing monthly client invoices (assuring proper justification is included (Timesheets, Purchase order #s, …)
Maintaining accurate records and managing the sales ledger
Liaising with the sales team and/or customers
Work hand in hand with our credit controller to clear up aging receivables issues.
Preparing reports for the sales team.

Who you are:
That matter most for this role

At least 3 to 4 years of experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to deal with problematic clients
Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced functions, pivot table, vlookup etc …)
Quality and Outcomes: able to assume responsibility and take the initiative to provide high quality work in accordance with established procedures
French or Dutch, and English (required!)
You are a friendly, outgoing team-player
