Activités
The Senior Recycling Analyst is directly involved in the development and operation of the US Polymers business providing support to generate sales of 88 KTA and build sales of 58.2 KTA by 2030. Primary working relationships are with Polymers Analytical, Technical Service, Product Development, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Sourcing and Financial Control.

Key Responsibilities:

Comply with all TotalEnergies safety policies and practices, Polymers Americas safety activities and objectives. Demonstrate safety as a core TotalEnergies value.
Monitor and report to Polymers US management the US recycling market for trends, new technologies and legislation to ensure Polymers Americas strategy and opportunity assessment remain valid to meet goals set at the company level.
Design, implement, maintain and own the Quality Assurance program for incoming recycled materials.
Create and maintain batch search strategy & certificates for PP hybrids.
Communicate compounding/blend work to third parties, provide recipes and direction for quality control.
Facilitate the preparation, coordinate the data and distribute findings for recertification audits of ISCC+ and GreenCircle.
Maintain the ISCC + mass balance and issues sustainability declarations.
Collaborate with US Polymers sales team and Renewable Fuels team to understand customer needs and reports to management with recommended solutions.
Prepare monthly financial and variance reporting for the mechanical recycling profit center for management to report during Polymer Performance Reviews.
Generate monthly cost information for compounds and provide to management for building standard costs of grades.
Profil du candidat
Education/Experience:

B.S. degree or higher preferably in Business, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Engineering.
3+ plus years of professional relevant industry experience; Polymer or Recycling experience preferred.
Skills:

Exhibit high level competence, initiative and requires minimal guidance from management.
Ability to organize while successfully managing multi priorities simultaneously.
Elevated ability to think analytically; analyze data, trend, report, tell a story.
Effective verbal and written communication skills across various functions and levels of the organization.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills for collaboration, coordination, and leadership.
Negotiation skills foundation with the desire to grow and develop deeper.
Other:

Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
