Technically troubleshoot and take ownership of complex and chronic incidents.
Assist in the recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of highly qualified team members.
Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor and provide necessary advice and guidance to all team members.
Coach and motivate team members to achieve desired results.
Manage day-to-day ticketing backlog and ensure timely resolution.
Act as the first level of escalation for customer incidents.
Collaborate with the team to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions.
Conduct regular audits on incident trend analysis to identify weaknesses and implement improvements.
Expand team technical knowledge and responsibilities for enhanced team experience and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the account team and solution design to enhance service delivery and maintain consistency.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
Ability to comprehend complex customer infrastructure and a strong understanding of services offered by Orange Business
Exceptional customer service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
Proficient problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Capability to perform effectively under pressure and manage challenging situations.
Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Fluency in English to communicate proficiently with diverse stakeholders.
