Activités
The Strategic Communications Intern will support the USA Communications team in delivering impactful internal and external messaging across TotalEnergies’ U.S. affiliates. Key responsibilities include:

Content Creation: Drafting and editing articles, newsletters, and visual materials for platforms such as WAT and digital signage.
Event Support: Assisting with logistics for employee engagement initiatives including town halls, volunteer events, and other internal activities.
Brand Alignment: Ensuring consistency in visual identity and messaging across all communication channels in line with TotalEnergies’ standards.
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while gaining exposure to corporate communications in a global energy company. This role will be fully onsite in Houston, Texas.

Profil du candidat
Technical & Functional Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with Canva and Mailjet
Familiarity with intranet platforms (SiteCore, WAT, WordPress)


Soft Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Creative thinking and adaptability
