Maersk Morocco is looking for a driven, ambitious self-starter for an External Sales Executive position. A successful individual in this role will have overall sales responsibility for customer relationships, sales performance and developing new business opportunities, as well existing clients portfolio in Morocco.

Key responsibilities
• Pursuing and securing new business in line with the business objectives
• Probing and identifying customer needs and proactively providing solutions
• Researching and understanding the local market to identify and establish business contacts with potential customer, forecast, build pipelines of clients, solutions and business opportunities
• Researching and analyzing competitive and industry trends
• Ensuring customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality
• Maintain healthy and positive relationship with assigned customers
• Manage the selling process to customers, including pricing and contract negotiations
We are looking for
• A strong prior experience (min. 4 years) as a Sales Representative, Account Manager etc. with proven track record of winning new business opportunities
• Experience with Logistics business is a strong advantage
• Eagerness to learn and develop in the Logistics environment
• Willingness to learn and sell a wide portfolio of Products
• Self-motivated, active, customer driven
• Ability to deliver on goals without direct supervision
• High level stakeholder management skills
• Good work organization skills
• Excellent communication, relationship building, negotiation and strong influencing skills
• Fluent Arabic, French and English is a must.
