As workforce financial analyst within Mutualized Analyses & Support team you will be in charge to :

Perform centrally analyses and share the outcome with Finance community :
Analysis and monthly reporting, example of deliverables:
Monthly analysis of main labour opex variances YoY, budget. Ex : price effects
First analysis of headcount
Following of expenses related to labour. Ex : travel, training fees
Data quality checks, example of deliverables:
In case of reorganization; control of changes
Job role controls
Controls of data input in budget with FP&A end HR
Guide and support Finance community :
Collect and share knowhow :
Animate workshop and collect information on ARVI/ARVE
Master of existing report in the WF library and guide users
Participate on training of users on workforce components
Update the payroll survey
Support Finance Transformation & Innovation :
Participate to Transformation & Innovation Finance projects and initiatives
participate to the definitions of the specifications of new reports
Support the Data & reporting team to guarantee continuity of service
Ad-hoc analysis on specific issues with an OBS transversal overview
Enforce the processes defined with stakeholders
Improve the timeliness, relevance and accuracy of reporting

Votre profil

Education :
Master degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent is expected

Experience:
At least 5 years of work experience in financial roles
Experience with Finance analyses on workforce, general expenses is a plus
Experience within multicultural and virtual team is a plus

Soft Skills:
Strong capabilities to structure, organize, you are rigorous and reliable.
Strong collaboration skills (communicate/listen); able to animate discussion, collect information, share best practices
Able to make proposals and convince the stakeholders.
Analytical thinking with hands on and can-do attitude.
Good team player, with ability to act as individual practitioner

Langages:
Fluent professional in English and French is requested
