BSc or MSc in Accounting or Finance
Working knowledge of MS Office and financial management software (SAP)
Ability to work with tight deadlines
Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and legislation
Knowledge of cost analysis techniques.
Able to identify risky situations within the context of one's activity and warns the relevant services (HSEQ, Operations)
Activités
Prepare the monthly dashboards (P&L) with comment.
Prepare the monthly (WCR) with comment and by business.
participate in the preparation of LTP including ER and BU. and the yearly budget seasonality.
Control investment budget and follow up its liquidation in addition to the monthly reporting.
Prepare a month analysis for the company margins (Network. GT, Lub, Aviation) with respect to last year, BU/ER by segment and product to ensure that the monthly margin is correctly reported and justified with comments.
Prepare the monthly volume analysis and follow up with the business comment.
Provide monthly accrual and provisions according to the yearly budget.
Ensure that fixed cost is reported accurate in line with the RES1 procedure and Provides analysis with comment for fixed cost evolutions.
Provide monthly accrual and provisions according to the yearly budget.
Ensure that variable cost is accurately reported.
Prepare the monthly depot cost analysis.
Report monthly CNG profit and loss statement.
Report monthly OPSBA fixed cost statement.
Prepare detailed margin analysis for “network lubes, car care products” on monthly bases.
Prepare detailed cost analysis for “Marketing, Total academy”
Technically validate daily purchase requisitions according to the company procedures.
Creation of customer master data.
Ensure that all the customer sales prices and pricing conditions are correctly uploaded.
Follow up the NCA project; run the allocation cycle.
prepare the RV1 report on quarterly basis.
Participate in the SAP projects required by the head office (TOP, ARADOS, Mobilies, MAMBO…etc)
Apply & implement the Anti-corruption, Antitrust Compliance and Integrity Policies and Program
Implement the required process of due diligences within my area of responsibilities
Apply the entire ethical approach and TOTAL code of conduct values.
Comply with HSE policies & 12 golden rules
